Description

• Review sub-contractors' Method Statements and Risk Assessments, providing assistance where required.
• Advise and assist site teams in drafting Safe Plans of Action.
• Deliver Health and Safety inductions.
• Organise and chair Safety Meetings.
• Provide general support and assistance to the Health and Safety Manager.
• Assist with accident and incident investigation reports.
• Implement and maintain the company’s Safety Management System.
• Undertake site inspections and audits, reporting findings to the project EHS Manager.
• Identify training needs and report requirements to the project EHS Manager.
• Submit weekly reports.
• Ensure site personnel comply with site safety and company requirements.
• Carry out daily site walks and immediately report findings to project supervisors.
• Deliver and attend weekly toolbox talks.

Requirements

• To succeed in this role, you should possess:
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a similar EHS Advisor role (essential).
• Relevant 3rd-level EHS qualification (essential).
• Experience working in the construction sector (desired).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (required).
• Full, clean driving licence.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
