Program CNC equipment using Mastercam.
Utilize 3D CAD software for modeling and design.
Select and optimize cutting tools for various operations.
Continuously improve programs to reduce scrap and rework.
Develop machining processes and create tool paths.
Interpret complex blueprints and GD&T specifications.
Handle parts with up to 300 dimensions, ensuring tight tolerances.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support NPI efforts.

Experience in machining metal parts with multiple dimensions.
Familiarity with machining environments, including mills, lathes, and turning machines.
Experience with any 3D modeling CAD package.
Proficiency in Mastercam.
Experience in CNC programming, CAD/CAM, and tool path creation.
Experience in precision machining.
Knowledge of Autodesk Inventor and aerospace applications.
Ability to interpret 2D blueprints and 3D models.
Apply knowledge of milling, turning, and general machining practices.
