Develop and maintain documentation including but not limited to architecture diagrams, service descriptions, build and deploy documentation and operations run book documentation
Attend and provide input on product planning sessions with internal development teams
Where applicable, train operations team to provide Level 1/2 support for shared public cloud services, act as Level 3 escalation point
Develop new and enhance current shared public cloud services with consideration for Availability, Operations, Performance, Capacity, Security, and User Experience
Manage AWS/Azure best practice expectations and corporate standards
Provide technical escalation and mentoring to other team members
Provide input and expertise relating to cloud hosting solutions (full infrastructure design and management)
Identify and implement automation solutions
