Work is performed in both office and field environments, including time spent reviewing plans, reports, and project documentation.
Manage and mentor technical staff; partner with other office and discipline leaders to allocate resources and provide teams with what they need to succeed.
Confirm that project teams have all required agreements (contracts, NTPs, subconsultant agreements) in place before initiating services.

Extensive experience in the AEC industry, including direct work with government agencies and public-sector contracts.
Proficiency with ERP and CRM platforms in a corporate or consulting environment (e.g., Deltek, Paycor); ability to leverage systems for operational and business insights.
Ideally advanced level understanding of A/E/C Industry and Government Affairs is preferred
Familiarity with Government Contracts; including experience in government work within LA County Public Works; LA Metro; CalTrans; City of LA Public Works
Ability to navigate active construction sites, including walking on uneven terrain, climbing, and occasional lifting or moving of up to 50 pounds.
Background in civil and/or structural engineering consulting highly desirable.
Minimum 20+ years of experience, including prior Executive Leadership roles a must
Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
Exposure at times to outdoor weather conditions, wet or humid environments, and typical construction-site hazards such as dust, fumes, chemicals, noise, vibration, and in-progress work areas.
Advanced presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal teams, clients, and industry partners.
Professional Engineer (PE) License in CA required; PMP required; MA or MBA preferred
Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%, including occasional overnight trips throughout the year.
A company vehicle is provided for fieldwork; a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required.
Bachelor's Degree in either Engineering, Marketing or Business from an accredited four‐year college or university or approved equivalent required
