You will develop and maintain a good working relationship with our client counterpart, communicate any clarifications and submit the proposal in accordance with client requirements.
You are responsible for the final check on the quality and completeness of the proposal documentation before submitting to the client.
Primarily focus on dredging and reclamation projects in the Middle East region, particularly countries such as the UAE, Bahrain, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
In close collaboration with the desk team in The Netherlands develop, coordinate and write the proposed work methods, and the overall bid deliverables together with supporting department.
Review tender documents and draft summaries to support the commercial team in developing the strategy, planning and proposal documentation, and identify information deficits.
You will liaise with subcontractors and partners.
Support bid submissions by means of proper document control.

At least 3 years of relevant work experience in tenders and/or with operations preferably in Dredging or Offshore Energy Market.
A finished Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, preferably with a dredging industry background, supported by relevant courses and certifications
