- Archiving and Disposal: Archive documents at the end of their life cycle and ensure the secure destruction of sensitive information.
- Accuracy and Compliance: Check documents for accuracy, ensure they are up-to-date, and verify they comply with company standards.
- Distribution: Control the flow of documents, distributing them to authorised personnel and stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Organisation and Filing: Number, sort, and file documents in KAM protocol standard for easy retrieval.
- Support: Assist other employees with accessing documents and may be involved in designing document templates.
- Document Management: Handle the intake, storage, and retrieval of documents, typically electronic via email, Sharepoint, Viewpoint4P.
- Record Keeping: Maintain and update document management systems and create reports on TIDPs.
