Senior Procurement Manager

Description

The Head of Supply Partnerships will be responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing the supply ecosystem to support business growth. The role involves identifying, onboarding, and managing key supply partners, driving commercial excellence, ensuring operational performance, and maximizing partner satisfaction and revenue outcomes.

• Develop and own the supply acquisition strategy aligned to business expansion plans.
• Ensure supply meets demand requirements through forecasting and analytics-driven decision making.
• Drive revenue growth through category expansion and commercial improvement.
• Work closely with Operations, Sales, Product, and Finance to enable seamless supply integration.
• Monitor supply performance metrics: availability, quality, compliance, and cost-efficiency.
• Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, SLAs, and long-term agreements.
• Identify new markets, categories, and partnership models to unlock incremental supply.
• Build and nurture strategic relationships with high-value supply partners.
• Act as escalation point for key partner issues and ensure seamless partner experience.
• Provide mentorship, goal-setting, and performance management.
• Build and manage a high-performing supply partnerships team.

Requirements

• MBA or equivalent degree preferred
• Demonstrated success in scaling supply operations and managing large partner networks
• Experience in marketplace, retail, e-commerce, real estate, mobility, travel, or B2B ecosystems preferred
• 6–15 years of experience in partnerships / supply acquisition / procurement / business development
