Factory Size
Launched a large-scale factory capable of producing significant housing volume annually.
  • Set out to revolutionize construction with expertise in prefab homebuilding and Autodesk R&D.
  • Deploys turnkey Factory‑as‑a‑Service systems that transform blueprints into AI‑sequenced robotic production lines for housing.
  • Typical projects include offsite framing for single‑family homes, townhomes, and multi‑story apartments, leveraging local material and labour.
  • A key partnership with KUKA Robotics further integrates industrial‑grade robots into scalable home production.
  • Manages the full automation lifecycle—from design upload to on‑site assembly—so builders handle only the construct.
