The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of mechanical packages, ensuring works are completed to the highest quality, on time, and within budget. Reporting to the MEP Project Lead, the Mechanical Package Manager will coordinate subcontractors, oversee installation progress, and liaise with design teams and consultants to resolve technical challenges.

  • Coordinate subcontractors and monitor progress against programme
  • Review and manage mechanical design, identifying any issues or changes
  • Drive snagging and commissioning processes
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards
  • Report progress and risks to senior management
  • Liaise with client representatives, consultants, and internal teams
  • Manage all mechanical works on-site from pre-construction through to handover
