Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Civil Engineering or similar accredited engineering degree.
EIT preferred or plans to take the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam in the state of California or demonstrate the ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum of 1 year of engineering experience.
Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Proficiency and flexibility to work in both a team atmosphere and independent environment.
Knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office suite.
Prior experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Proven ability to maintain relationships of trust, teamwork, and accountability.
Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving, and decisionmaking skills.
Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to participate and collaborate in a project team setting, engaging in creative and critical thought.
