Monitor compliance with debt covenants and prepare payment schedules
Work as liaison between internal departments and external banking partners
Assist in administration of corporate and shareholder debt, letters of credit, and bonding programs
Identify opportunities for automation and support implementation of new treasury technologies
Support capital deployment and debt strategies to align with corporate growth objectives
Coordinate with stakeholders and banking partners to open, close, maintain accounts, ensure compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) & regulatory requirements
Supports insurance renewals and workers comp reporting
Monitor banking fees and service levels, driving cost efficiency and value
Manage investment of excess cash in accordance with corporate investment policies and liquidity needs

Develop and implement strategies to optimize liquidity and working capital in alignment with corporate objectives
Ensure compliance with related policies, internal controls, and fraud-prevention controls (e.g., dual approvals, callback procedures, payee validation)
Maintain and enhance global banking structure, including account hierarchy, signatories, user entitlements, and access controls
Forecast cash requirements and provide actionable insights to leadership
Administer cash management and banking platforms, ensuring security and efficiency
Collaborate with accounting with accruals and financial reporting related to debt and capital
Monitor daily cash balances across bank accounts and ensure adequate funding for operations

Demonstrated ability to lead process improvements and leverage technology for efficiency
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accounting practices
4 - 6+ years of experience in treasury, finance or accounting, including cash forecasting and banking relationships
Experience and understanding of project accounting
Familiarity with financial markets, instruments, and risk management practices.
Advanced computer skills in Excel (including modeling and pivot tables) and proficiency with Microsoft Suite
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related required. MBA preferred.
