• 5-7+ years related experience in customer service, management in a service industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Energetic personality
• Advanced customer service skills.
• Residential /Retro fit Install experience preferred
• Trades experience required
• Wide and deep range of interpersonal skills
• Proven management of teams
• Excellent organization, verbal skills, and phone skills
• Valid driver's license
