- Perform thorough data cleaning, including identifying and correcting inconsistencies, handling missing values, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Collaborate with engineers and scientists to analyse data using statistical methods, multivariate analysis, and potentially algorithmic approaches.
- Collect and integrate laboratory data from diverse spreadsheet sources into a centralized database.
- Develop and maintain a robust and efficient database for laboratory data.
- Assist in the development and validation of predictive models based on laboratory data.
- Generate clear and concise reports and visualizations to communicate data analysis findings.
- Maintain accurate documentation of data management and analysis processes.

- Experience with data integration and database management.
- Employment with WSP India is subject to the successful completion of a background verification (“BGV”) check conducted by a third-party agency appointed by WSP India.
- Familiarity with data analysis methods, including statistical analysis and multivariate techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or equivalent is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn and apply algorithmic approaches to data analysis.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel) and database software (e.g., NoSQL, SQL, Access, or similar).
- Proficiency in data cleaning and validation techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
