Ensuring professional non-conformance (NC) management, the implementation of quality improvement methods and the improvement of process performance management (e.g. 8D, RCA, FMEA), and project quality reporting as integrated part of project reporting.
Initiating training for project employees with regards to quality (e.g. methods and processes) and ensuring sustainable KPI’s, coordinating and leading functional teams to solve customer complaints.

Working experience in Lean Methods and Approaches in a project related industry.
Profound knowledge of core quality methods like FMEA, 8D, Ishikawa Diagram, 5Why and Value Stream Management.
Experience of working in an advanced quality / safety critical manufacturing environment: automotive, aero, pharma, explosive atmosphere etc with practical experience of APQP style processes.
Experience and qualified for internal auditing to ISO standards.
A degree or equivalent in an Engineering, Operations or Quality Related topic
