Assistant Town Planner

Description

• Support planning applications, appeals, and site appraisals for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments
• Work closely with senior planners and multidisciplinary teams to deliver strategic, high-quality outcomes
• Engage with clients and local authorities, building your confidence and professional network
• Assist with policy reviews and client advice, gaining hands-on experience across the full planning lifecycle

Requirements

• Degree in Town Planning or related field; working towards MRTPI
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Small enough to be agile, big enough to make an impact
• Exposure to London property consultancy is a plus
• 1–2 years’ experience in planning (consultancy, developer, or local authority)
