• Oversee residential construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead client communications and provide regular status updates.
• Oversee procurement of materials and services for residential projects.
• Manage and mentor project team members.
• Conduct site inspections and promptly address issues.
• Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and JLL standards.
• Analyze project performance and implement continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
• 20+ years of residential construction project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and industry standards.
• Proficiency with project management software and MS Office.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Effective communication and client relationship management.
• Familiarity with relevant building codes and regulations.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
