Negotiates the largest subcontracts and purchase agreements including terms and conditions.
Creates and manages a schedule of values and pay applications.

Demonstrates the ability to Win Work by participating in Business Development efforts, project proposal preparation, project interviews, and other project pursuit efforts
10-15 years of construction experience
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
