The Project Controls Manager will be based full‑time in Wilson, NC and will act as a subject‑matter expert in at least one core control discipline such as cost, scheduling, or risk. The role supports project teams by delivering timely data, forecasting deviations, and guiding proactive decision‑making to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Core duties include delivering a full suite of project‑controls services—from capital planning and project set‑up to schedule control, risk management, and procure‑to‑pay—while providing accurate reporting, facilitating funding requests, and ensuring effective governance throughout the project lifecycle.
Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in construction‑related fields and at least seven years of relevant experience, with strong proficiency in Excel, construction‑industry concepts, and the ability to interpret multidisciplinary documents.
