Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Planning teams, and external technical vendors.
Troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Prepare and deliver technical reports, project updates, and presentations to leadership.
Develop and execute solutions to improve product quality and consumer satisfaction.
Support day-to-day engineering operations within the assigned department.
Gain a thorough understanding of departmental engineering processes.
Identify process improvement opportunities, propose solutions, and review with Senior Engineering Lead.
Conduct Design of Experiments (DOE), analyze results, and present findings to stakeholders.
Support new product launch programs, including initial production runs.
Assist with product rework.
Perform laboratory tests on product returns and design test fixtures as needed.

Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD tools (SolidWorks or similar).

Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Ability to independently organize work, manage timelines, and complete projects from start to finish.
Demonstrated initiative and motivation in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Knowledge of mechanical design concepts for plastic, metal, and composite materials
