Electrical Superintendent - Data Center Construction

• Manage on-site electrical construction from rough-in to commissioning
• Monitor progress, conduct inspections, and maintain accurate field documentation
• Collaborate with MEP coordinators, commissioning agents, and project management
• Supervise subcontractors, foremen, and field crews to ensure safety, quality, and productivity
• Support commissioning efforts, startup, and final turnover
• Ensure compliance with NEC, project specs, and hyperscale client standards

A top-tier general contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to oversee the electrical scope on a multi-year hyperscale data center project in Indianapolis. This is a mission-critical role responsible for leading field execution of complex power and low-voltage systems in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

• Proven ability to lead large field crews on high-value, high-complexity projects
• 8–10+ years of electrical construction experience, with at least 3–5 years in data centers or mission-critical environments
• Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, and project scheduling tools
• OSHA 30 certification required
• Strong understanding of critical power systems, grounding, testing, and QA/QC protocols
• Experience with hyperscale clients such as AWS, Meta, Google, or Microsoft
• Skilled in coordinating with general trades, engineering teams, and safety personnel
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred
• Able to work on-site in Indianapolis full-time for the duration of the project
