• Prepare and complete thorough project proposals.
• Mentor and direct project team members.

• Stay current with professional codes, laws, software, and industry trends.
• Submit a portfolio with the application.

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
• Possess 10 years of experience managing and designing projects.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Revit.
• Maintain an active architectural license.
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Show strong architectural detailing abilities.
• Earn a Master’s in Architecture or an MBA (preferred).
• Maintain architectural license in good standing.
