The FACTS Lean Leader will coach, drive, and lead lean behaviors, principles, and tools across an operational or functional area, delivering cultural transformation that improves business metrics. The role focuses on assessing, monitoring, and enhancing performance while maintaining a customer‑focused approach.
In this position you will develop and implement Lean initiatives aligned with the FACTS PDG strategy, establish Hoshin Kanri actions, manage the FACTS Bowler, and schedule Kaizen events. You will work with functional leads to build a continuous‑improvement environment, create a Gemba rhythm, and maintain standards, procedures, and systems that support ongoing change.
- Develop and implement Lean initiatives aligned with FACTS PDG business strategy.
- Establish Hoshin Kanri actions, manage FACTS Bowler, and schedule Kaizen events.
- Collaborate with functional leads to foster a continuous‑improvement environment.
- Create and sustain a Gemba rhythm, ensuring compliance across FACTS PDG.
- Define and maintain standards, procedures, and systems for continuous improvement.
- Identify, analyze, and prioritize continuous improvement opportunities.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to execute improvement projects and initiatives.
- Monitor, measure, and report progress of Lean initiatives.
- Deliver training programs on Lean principles and practices.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to engage staff in improvement activities.
- Partner with other FACTS PDG functions and regions to ensure successful implementation.
- Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders on improvement initiatives.

Candidates must have solid business and engineering knowledge of FACTS solutions, strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. An engineering degree or equivalent experience in power systems or process management, experience leading Kaizen events, and a sense of urgency to manage technical risks are essential.
