Good proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit based drawing generation experience is highly desired.
Professional Engineer (P.Eng) license in Electrical Engineering is highly desired, or the ability to obtain P.Eng licensure within 2 years of hire.
Experience using electrical calculation tools is highly desired, including lighting and power software such as AGi32, Elum Tools, EasyPower, ETAP or SKM Power Tools.
Working knowledge of CAN/ULC, NBC and IEEE Regulatory Codes is required
May be required to lift up to 20 lbs.
Four (4) to eight (8) years of experience in Electrical Engineering design.
Meets expectations for attendance and punctuality.
Requires the ability to sit for extended periods at a computer workstation.
Be able to work in an environment with open discussions and visitors without getting distracted.
Client projects for this position require Canadian Citizenship.
Facilities electrical design experience is required.
