Receive components into stock, generate & release assembly work orders as well as understands sales order requirements
Conducts ATP testing to requirements. Utilizes QC Info software to view test specifications, set-up test fixture and perform ATP testing
Will train new and temporary employees on processes
Participate in continuous improvement of processes
Sets up and operates bulge rivet machine to assemble retainers
Can identify locate and kit hardware necessary to assemble retainers
Conducts the following operations : reaming, inserting hammer drive screws , peening operation and assembling hardware
Read & sign off on production routers and record material types, lot numbers and quantity required
Work in accordance with general safety rules and practices.
Performs channel coating on parts to requirements as called out on the routers
Read and comprehend specifications, engineering drawings and manufacturing routings
