Process Operators work in teams within a climate‑controlled manufacturing facility, manufacturing and assembling specialized fuel‑cell components. They receive on‑the‑job training to perform manual, semi‑automated, and automated tasks that require high precision and quality. Assignments rotate across multiple tasks and include cross‑training between jobs and departments.
