The IT End‑User Support Specialist ensures day‑to‑day on‑site and remote operational IT support for all Lucy Companies. Acting as the primary face of IT at the location, the role collaborates with a global team across nine countries to deliver End‑User Computing services that enable users to fully leverage hardware, printers, operating systems, applications, and devices. Success is measured by prompt, high‑quality support that drives user satisfaction and business value.
The specialist will manage incidents, service requests, and changes while adhering to IT service‑management standards, maintain hardware and software asset lifecycles, and produce documentation to support users. In addition, the role proactively seeks automation opportunities and continuous improvement to enhance the overall end‑user experience.
