Coordinate with outside accountants, tax advisors, and financial institutions as needed.
Monitor cash flow and assist with personal budgeting and investment tracking.
Manage bill payments, reimbursements, and other personal financial transactions.
Track and reconcile multiple investment portfolios, including real estate holdings, private equity, and other diversified assets.
Maintain the utmost discretion and confidentiality at all times.
Prepare clear and comprehensive monthly and quarterly financial summaries.
Categorize and reconcile all transactions across accounts to ensure accuracy.
Meet with Mr. Morrow in person twice monthly to review reports and upcoming financial matters.
Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential financial records for Mr. Morrow’s personal and investment accounts.

Chris Morrow, President of Morrow Hill, is seeking a dedicated Personal Bookkeeper to manage his individual and investment-related finances. This exclusive, part-time position focuses solely on Mr. Morrow’s personal and private financial matters and is not affiliated with any company or organization.

Proven understanding of investment and ownership structures (LLCs, partnerships, real estate holdings, etc.).
Must reside in the Dallas area and be available for bi-monthly, in-person meetings.
High level of integrity, trustworthiness, and discretion.
Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping, accounting, or personal financial management experience.
Experience working with high-net-worth individuals preferred.
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and modern financial management tools.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
