Reporting to the Assistant Billing Manager, you will help keep the Billing Team running smoothly by managing shared mailboxes, processing soft‑cost uploads and supporting a range of billing‑related tasks. The role combines administrative duties with financial housekeeping, audit support and occasional cover for colleagues.
We are looking for a proactive individual with strong numeracy, high attention to detail and the ability to prioritise under pressure. Desirable experience includes a professional services or finance office background and familiarity with Aderant; confident Excel and IT skills are essential. Personal qualities such as teamwork, methodical organisation, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are highly valued.
