Coordinate with sales, supply chain, warehouse, and logistics teams to resolve issues and ensure on-time delivery.
Maintain accurate customer account information and documentation.
Build strong relationships with customers through professional, friendly, and solution-focused communication.
Proactively identify and communicate potential service disruptions or opportunities for improvement.
Assist customers with returns, credits, and order adjustments as needed.
Provide product information, pricing, lead times, and delivery updates.
Support various administrative tasks and reporting as required.
Serve as the main contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner through our internal systems.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Experience working in ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar is a plus).

High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Ability to problem-solve and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
2+ years of customer service, order entry, inside sales support, or administrative support experience (manufacturing or distribution preferred).
