Prepare supporting documentation and prepare and present analytics reports to a wide range of clients.
Analyse property data using appropriate tools such as MS Power BI and MS Excel.
Responsible for the testing of new models or reports and obtaining sign-off for each deliverable.

Work closely with other teams across the network to ensure consistency, develop skills and knowledge base.

Proven track record of demonstrating good project and time management skills
Some knowledge or demonstrable interest using analytical software such as MS Power BI.

Strong financial modelling skills using MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail and dedication to accuracy, integrity and precision of work
Highly numerate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics / finance or another quantitative subject desirable
Must be able to interact with individuals at all levels and different business line in CW.
2-3 years of relevant work experience
