Responsible for managerial aspects of multifamily projects including estimating, proposal preparation, contract negotiations, scheduling, budgeting, design review, and execution
Oversee the buyout process and selection of subcontractors
Conduct biweekly jobsite meetings
Work closely with owners and design team to develop preliminary concept drawings
Make sound decisions under tight deadlines
Participate in proposal meeting with owner to review the scope of work and provide value engineering ideas
Partner with Superintendent to ensure safety, quality control, and schedule
