Application Engineer ( BMS Domain Knowledge)

Produces HVAC, fire, security and building automation systems to optimize and protect buildings globally.
Engineering and commissioning of Open Blue building management systems, with expertise in HVAC, communication protocols, and Johnson Controls Metasys.
Configure building operating schedule, global points, threshold values, degree days & users
Work across internal business units and maintain working relationships with all internal stakeholder
Identify & build the custom FDD rule equations based on the site requirement
Responsible to ensure that projects are executed within agreed schedule and to meet the customer requirements
Commissioning of cloud based Open Blue products
Identify and prepare the list of global fault detection & diagnostics (FDD) rules.
Maintain all project standards & quality of the deliverables.
Understand the project requirement, review project inputs such as BMS database or I/O point list, control drawings, mechanical drawings, SLDs, functional descriptions diagrams (FDD) / sequence of operations (SOO) etc.
Prepare detailed site engineering and design documents which includes-
Configuration of all types of energy meters, mechanical equipment installed in building
Install & configure hardware (Open Blue Bridge/Gateways)
Position will require interfacing with Branch team, DS team, and customer technical teams at times.
