Experience in GMP and Design Control (CFR-820) and ISO13485 regulated environments is a plus.
Familiarity with CAD software (SolidWorks preferred) is advantageous.

Proficiency in using basic tools such as syringe pumps and balances.
Positive, self-driven work ethic.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline such as chemical, mechanical, biomedical, or materials engineering, with a preference for mechanical focus.
Experience in the pharmaceutical and/or device industry is a plus.
Ability to create procedures suitable for R&D.
Familiarity with Statistical Process Control.
Basic understanding of biomaterials.
Capability to work with minimal supervision.
Mechanical assembly and laboratory skills.
Strong attention to detail in documentation.
Expertise in tensile testing.
Experience with Gage R&R Studies, Process Capability Studies, and Designs of Experiments.
3 to 5 years of related experience.
Experience in the life sciences industry with GMP/GLPs.
Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
