Reporting to the VP, Capital Markets, the Business Development Associate plays a key role in driving Equiton’s growth by engaging with warm leads and qualified prospects — individuals who have already expressed interest in our offerings. This entry-level sales role focuses on qualifying potential investors for Equiton’s real estate investment funds. Working closely with our Sales Associates, you will build rapport, gather important investor details, and book follow-up meetings, directly contributing to sales targets and the company’s overall success.
