Computer Aided Design Technician

• Develop and manage coordinated MEP models for a variety of projects using Revit and Navisworks software.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve design issues.
• Maintain model accuracy, compliance, and version control.
• Collaborate with engineers and design teams to deliver clash-free designs with complete accuracy.

• Solid understanding of MEP systems.
• Strong proficiency in using Revit with an understanding of BIM standards and clash detection tools, such as Navisworks.

Here at Blueprint, we are looking for an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator to join a well-established engineering consultancy, in a permanent position. The successful candidate will be based form our client’s London office whilst working on a variety of large-scale commercial and residential projects, with a team of skilled engineers and other professionals.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proven experience as a Revit MEP Coordinator or similar role.
• Qualification in building services, BIM, and/or engineering, is desirable.

• Competitive salary ranging from £45,000-£55,000 (depending on experience).
