Specializes in offshore wind turbine maintenance, repair, and installation services.
The Role is a senior operational leadership position responsible for managing STAT and service activities across multiple sites. You will lead teams, oversee execution, and act as a key interface between clients, site operations, and internal stakeholders. The role suits someone with strong wind operations experience who can operate autonomously, make sound decisions on site, and represent the business at a senior level.
In this role you will lead and manage STAT and service operations across multiple clients, own service delivery performance—including safety, quality, programme and cost—and act as the senior point of contact for clients during mobilisation and execution. You will plan and coordinate resources, access methods, tooling and logistics while ensuring compliance with HSE, client procedures and contractual requirements.
You will also manage site documentation, reporting and operational controls, proactively identify risks, constraints and opportunities, support business development through operational insight, and help shape processes, standards and structure within the new division.
The ideal candidate has significant experience in wind farm service, operations or STAT roles, proven leadership of technicians, supervisors or site teams, and a strong understanding of wind farm operations and site interfaces. They are commercially aware, solutions‑led, comfortable in senior client‑facing capacities, flexible and willing to travel as required.
We offer a competitive salary and package, a senior role with real influence in a growing division, the opportunity to shape service delivery and operational standards, and the backing of an established global wind services business.
