The role involves managing and coordinating tax compliance and advisory work for clients, reviewing federal and multi‑state partnership tax returns, and leading day‑to‑day client relationships. The position requires maintaining technical competency through CPE and industry events, reviewing tax‑related information such as provisions and depreciation schedules, leading multi‑disciplinary service teams for account planning, preparing client correspondence, and participating in firm‑sponsored events for industry‑specific and regional clients.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in accounting (or equivalent) and be a CPA in the practicing state, with at least five years of relevant experience, including manufacturing and retail distribution exposure. Prior public accounting, management or mentoring experience, and subject‑matter expertise in accounting/tax services are desired.
