Champion continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing across the rotating machinery discipline.
Support troubleshooting and fault diagnosis of complex rotating machinery issues.
Work closely with site teams and central engineering to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality maintenance interventions.
Lead and provide technical support for compressor overhauls and major rotating machinery projects.
Provide technical assurance and ensure compliance with engineering standards, regulations, and best practices.
Support condition monitoring, vibration analysis, and performance trending.
Lead investigations into equipment failures and reliability issues, recommending long-term improvements.
Oversee fleet management activities including OEM service bulletins, oil sampling, borescope inspections, engine logbooks, and spares support.
Act as the first point of contact for rotating machinery operations support, collaborating with OEMs and ISPs.
Contribute to outage planning, dry gas seal replacements, and major engine inspection scopes.

Solid understanding of maintenance, reliability, and performance monitoring principles
Capable of writing or supporting technical scopes for rotating machinery overhauls

Familiarity with Siemens SGT400/SGT750, Solar Titan 130, Siemens A20 & A35 (Rolls-Royce Avon / RB211) or similar OEM machines
HNC/HND (or equivalent) in mechanical engineering
Proven experience in heavy-duty rotating machinery
Strong technical knowledge and experience with gas turbines and/or gas compressors, ideally in the Energy, Oil & Gas, or Process industry
