Finance Manager

Review commercial contracts to ensure compliance with Company policies and standards and legal requirements.

Prepare accurate and timely management accounts, financial statements, and reports.

Handle full set of accounts and manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable/receivables, bank reconciliations, and other general ledger transactions.

Ensure compliance with all statutory, audit, tax, and regulatory requirements.

Oversee supply chain function-imports, logistics, and procurement.

Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, company secretaries, banks, and other financial stakeholders.

Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision making.

Oversee timely processing of payroll and ensure correctness, maintaining payroll records, and handling payroll queries.

Preparation of budget, forecast and cash flow planning to support business objectives.

Identify opportunities to improved financial processes and systems and ensure effective internal control is in place.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Finance Manager who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely delivery of financial information. You will take ownership of everything from bookkeeping and reporting to budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management, while providing strategic insights to support business growth.

Collaborate with operational, commercial teams and other departments to monitor performance and manage costs.

Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Professional accounting qualification or equivalent experience.

High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics.

Must be well versed in statutory, tax and government rules in India.

Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or similar senior finance role.

Experience in process improvement and implementing financial controls.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
