Lead client communication, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage and oversee multiple architectural projects from concept through construction documents.
Assist with billing, construction administration, budgeting, and proposal development.
Support the development of innovative yet practical design solutions.
Coordinate with internal disciplines (MEP, Civil, etc.) and serve as the primary communicator across the team.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and vendors.
Ensure compliance with building codes and project requirements.
Delegate, review, and take responsibility for the work of CAD Drafters, Project Coordinators, and Project Managers you supervise.
Prepare and review architectural construction documents and specifications.

Software proficiency: AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, Microsoft Office; Revit experience a plus.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, while also driving independent results.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
6–10 years of experience in commercial architecture, with emphasis on restaurant and retail projects.
