Primary point of contact for new supplier requests to engage with Zachry.Direct supplier to registration portal and work with the internal stakeholders to determine if additional engagement with supplier is warranted.
Ensure contract compliance & performance of Supplier Portal provider and escalate performance issues to leadership
Assist in the development of a supplier risk scoring methodology to tier providers capabilities and service location footprint
Coordinate and manage the entry or integration of data from the Supplier Portal to downstream systems and tools.
Manage day to day relationship between Zachry and the provider managing the Supplier Portal.Work with the supplier to drive innovation and enhancements to system and provide project management support to ensure timely completion of any system enhancements
Operate at the highest ethical standards while engaging with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Work with internal stakeholders on any enhancements to the process, coordinating with leadership, supplier, and stakeholders on the prioritization and implementation of said enhancements.
Manage credit application process and other ad hoc requests for information
Maintain and update the supplier registration and pre-qualification process to ensure that appropriate risk elements are accounted for and meet Zachry’s acceptable risk profile.
Proactively initiate change through the development of efficient processes, procedures, training and change management
Create and conduct presentations, training or provide educational materials to users or consumers on the Supplier Registration & Pre-Qualification process.
Review and finalize supplier entries in the system to ensure appropriate information has been obtained.Provide oversight and guidance to internal and external users concerning required data and system processes.
Maintain and develop knowledge of procurement applications including Oracle, contract management tools and other support software
