Recruit and assist hiring managers with offers of employment to qualified candidates in face paced environment.
Administrative duties include data entry, answering phones, taking messages, filing, etc.
Schedule individuals for processing and orientation.
Provides customer service to employment candidates that includes but is not limited to assisting candidates with job applications and walking a candidate through the hiring processes.
Update Applicant Tracking System in real time with candidate information and interactions.
Maintain pools by departments and geographic region.
Meet deadlines under time constraints.
Source candidates from multiple internal and external pools.
Attend job fairs and/or other industry events.
Screen candidates to ensure qualification for positions to be filled.
Performs activities, and updates requisitions as related to the hiring process (background checks, drug screen, health screen, I9 compliance, E-Verify compliance, employment paperwork, site specific requirements).

Technical skills with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Ability to quickly learn Applicant Tracking Management System.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of employment laws/compliance
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required
Ability to multitask concurrent tasks.
Associate or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
