Facilities Technicians are responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and presentable facility at each Bouldering Project location. They work closely with the Facilities Manager and teammates to complete daily tasks related to cleanliness, minor maintenance, and customer service, ensuring the physical environment meets the high‑quality standards expected by members and guests.
Bouldering Project is more than a climbing gym—we’re a community. We’re driven by a shared belief that climbing, movement, and connection should be accessible to everyone. From first‑timers to seasoned climbers, families to fitness enthusiasts, and our own teammates, we create inclusive, inspiring spaces where people move, grow, and belong. With world‑class climbing, yoga and fitness offerings, and welcoming community spaces, we serve nine U.S. markets and are just getting started.
We love climbing and movement. This is our project to build the world’s best climbing gyms. Bouldering Project offers climbing, movement, and community for everyone. When you walk through our doors, you’ll feel it. We create fun, inspiring, and inclusive spaces where people come together to connect, grow, and find joy through health, friendship, and purpose. We believe climbing belongs to all of us—and that the power of play brings people together and adds meaning to life. Bouldering Project began in 2011 and now includes 13 gyms across Seattle, Austin, Minneapolis, Salt Lake City, Brooklyn, Boston, D.C., and Tempe. We continue to grow in new places because we believe Bouldering Projects make communities stronger and lives better.
