Assistant Community Manager

Description

• Serve as first point of contact for callers, clients, and visitors
• Answer phones and respond to owner emails and calls within 24‑48 hours, forwarding as needed
• Assist community manager and board of directors with day‑to‑day operations
• Manage clubhouse rentals and program/distribute fobs
• Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and legal teams
• Liaise between community owners, board, and community manager
• Update owner, tenant, and property manager contact information in systems
• Help process ARC applications and verify required documents
• Maintain logs and handle postage
• Attend occasional staff meetings at the Naperville office

Requirements

• Experience in community management (preferred)
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive)
• Familiarity with Vantaca software (preferred)
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to plan ahead and multitask consistently

• Compensation range of $21-$22 per hour
