The role proactively drives business development through research, networking, cold calling, industry seminars, and leveraging existing relationships across business units. You will set up meetings with key decision‑makers, build and maintain client relationships, assess requirements, and support the preparation of memorandums, financial analyses, pitch books, and presentations. Additionally, you will assist the transaction advisory team, ensure timely and accurate deliverables, develop business models based on market dynamics, and present detailed reports to clients.
We are looking for a self‑starter and team player who is comfortable with intra‑city travel and has a genuine passion for real estate. Candidates should demonstrate integrity, critical thinking, analytical skills, agility, a continuous learning mindset, strong organization, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) are essential.
