Cost Analysis (TCO) - Produce Bid Analysis to evaluate vendor proposals from a commercial perspective to utilize appropriate negotiations and purchasing techniques to achieve optimum TCO including, but not limited to, quality, price, warranty, delivery and service. Attain terms and conditions which are favorable to Votorantim and seek to reduce the company's risk exposure.
Tendering and negotiating annual supply contracts with external vendors ranging from $30k to $50 million, multi-year, cross BU spend [consistent with procurement policies, best practices and audit compliance].

Assist in drafting agreements that comply with company requirements.
Actively participation in the development and implementation of new technologies and processes in Procurement.
Focused on sourcing of strategic /corporate categories from a wide range of vendors
Oversee vendor management process throughout the life cycle of contracts, ensuring compliance and performance.
Negotiation of high complexity purchases/contracts.
