Overall responsibility for piping routing for various piping systems essential for power boilers (supercritical).
Providing input to stress analysis team. Interaction with stress analysis team for optimization of routing with sufficient flexibility and support feasibility for an optimized routing.
Review of Process & Instrument Diagrams (P&ID) for supercritical power boilers A sound knowledge of Microsoft excel / words, etc.
Isometrics extraction. Manual updating of isometrics using Auto CAD / 2D MicroStation.
Clash check / review using SPR. Generating clash check report.
Preparation BOQ, release of isometrics with Material Request, etc.
Review & preparation of material take-off, estimate.
Modeling of supports as per stress analysis output.

Knowledge of codes and standards for industry. Review & checking of designs, drawings and data by other discipline or suppliers.
Basic knowledge in power plant supercritical boiler.
Experience in routing of pipes for Power Plant Application is considered as an added advantage.
A sound knowledge of SP3D piping modeling.
Basic knowledge of stress analysis requirement and hanger/support.
Capable of working with AutoCAD / 2D MicroStation.
Understanding of P&ID. Interaction with process engineer for process data, etc.
