Identify and resolve technical problems on site in liaison with the Sub-Agent.
People management including junior engineers, site engineers, sub contractors and operatives.
Conduct site evaluations, develop Health & Safety and Quality documentation, provide technical expertise, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Regular communication and reporting to multiple stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of projects, including coordination of subcontractors.
Allocate labour, plant, materials and temporary works to carry out activities to the required standards, programme and budget.
Assist with the production of programmes, progress reports, material procurement, resource and cost plans.

Degree level/HNC/HND qualification in a Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience)
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Technical knowledge of construction techniques and best practice.

4+ years of site experience, including setting out, utilities and earthworks.
Due to the nature of the work and location, a BPSS level of security clearance is necessary.
BIM / Digital including planning software (P6, Aphex, MS Project)
Awareness of commercial processes
IT skills including MS Office and AutoCAD 3D
