What you would be doing

  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of documentation (delivery notes, defect reports, driver checks, O Licence records).
  • Maintain high standards of QA, H&S, and hygiene, adhering to BRC, HACCP, and Operator Licence requirements.
  • Continuously develop and improve quality systems and operational reporting tools.
  • Coordinate and manage the day-to-day delivery of tankered water to customers.
  • Assist in managing sample analysis services to meet Aqua and customer standards.
  • Oversee driver scheduling, training, and one-to-one engagement, including agency drivers.
  • Foster long-term professional relationships with both suppliers and customers.
  • Provide 24/7 support and communication via mobile and email, including participation in the out-of-hours emergency rota.
  • Monitor driver performance using tools such as Webfleet and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Support the development of training materials and conduct internal training sessions.

  • A proactive and hands-on approach to daily tasks
