

Integrated design-build firm delivering architecture, engineering & construction from concept to completion.
Apply proposal best practices (e.g., Shipley method) to ensure quality and consistency.
Assist with client development and pursuit strategies.
Lead and manage the full proposal lifecycle—from kickoff to final submission.
Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to gather and develop content.
Track proposal deadlines, maintain a proposal database, and manage task assignments.
Prepare qualifications packages, SF330s, design-build proposals, and interview materials.
Write and edit technical and marketing content for proposals, presentations, and collateral.
Maintain and update marketing content, including resumes, project descriptions, and templates.
Position Summary: The Sr. Proposal Manager leads the proposal development process for a growing design-build firm. This role manages proposals from start to finish, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and compelling submissions. The position requires strong writing, organization, and leadership skills, along with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Federal Proposal Experience: Required
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Advanced time management skills.
Proven success managing complex proposals under tight deadlines.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Business, or related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience: 7+ years in proposal management within the A/E/C industry.
